Principal's Message

As a proud graduate of Dallas ISD, I am honored to serve as the principal of Royce West Leadership Academy ! Our vision is to be the prototype middle school for transformation in Dallas ISD. We vow to create a joyful and welcoming learning environment where all students will thrive academically and socially. We will do everything in our power to ensure our students receive a high quality education that puts them on track to be college and career ready as well as to become the most competitive, productive citizens in the world!

We will partner with the community and alumni to ingrain the history and tradition of Royce West Leadership Academy in all things present and future in Eagles Nation! 2022-2023 is our school year to continue our soar to new heights.
